Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of most of our items, refunds will only be accepted (with return of merchandise) upon defect of workmanship found before the item is used.  We do our best to provide only the items we have tried and tested ourselves with our own German Shepherds, and have proven to be among the best in the particular items field of use.  If the new item shows an obvious defect in workmanship or material, before use, it may be returned and refunded or exchanged.  Obviously, if you ordered the wrong item, or simply decide it does not suit your intended purpose, we will be happy to refund the purchase price plus tax upon return of the particular item..  We sincerely hope you enjoy your experience here and will make every effort to assure your total satisfaction.  In fact our goal here at The Total Canine, is to assure your total satisfaction in all areas that we serve you, from retail sales to general or specialized training.
